RWC Course

Prospective candidates must note that SLSCC is transitioning to the SLSA model for RWC operators and as such this course will comprise a basic program delivering the essential elements of the powercraft/RWC modules, focussed on the primary and secondary patrols areas of Killcare. Upon obtaining proficiency operators will work solely from Killcare whilst they build their experience. After a season of operating at Killcare interested operators my seek further training to join the broader SLSCC Rescue Service team that operates across the coast.
Further training may comprise induction into other club locations, familiarisation training on local incident hot spots, integration training with other teams (DO, UAV, SMAR) and inclement weather operations.
